How CitySpotz works
From business listing to customer follow-up.
A clear path for new businesses and owners claiming an existing listing—with the payment and setup steps spelled out.
Step 1 / 5
Find or create your business
Search Explore first to avoid duplicates. If your business exists, submit a signed-in ownership claim and wait for admin approval. If it does not, use Get started to create your profile.
- Existing listing: claim reviewed before billing access
- New listing: enter accurate business and contact details
Step 2 / 5
Choose your package and complete payment
Approved claimants open Plans & payment in their owner dashboard. New businesses choose a package during signup. Compare Starter, Growth, and Authority, then add a landing-page build only if you need one.
- First month and selected add-on charged immediately
- Monthly package has a six-month commitment
- Free is available for limited basic listing management
Step 3 / 5
Complete your profile and EIN submission
Supply your EIN within 14 days of paid signup. Review your address, phone, industry, services, hours, and website, then add your logo, cover image, videos, and social links. An approved claim shows Claimed; it does not replace payment or EIN review.
- Keep private verification documents off the public profile
- Review website imports and AI knowledge for accuracy
Step 4 / 5
Configure the tools your customers will use
Set appointment availability, your call-routing destination, and notification preferences. Complete domain and email setup where included. If you purchased a landing page, review its sections before launch; for a store, add products and finish your own Stripe account connection.
- Paid features require a successfully paid package
- Landing pages stay in preview until their add-on is paid
- Test contact, call, booking, and checkout options
Step 5 / 5
Follow up, measure, and keep improving
Review new messages in Leads, manage appointment requests, and respond to reviews. Use recorded sources and lead scores to prioritize follow-up, compare date ranges in analytics, and keep profile data current for the AI and syndication network.
- Check owner email and notification preferences
- Manage receipts, renewals, and plan changes in Plans & payment
- Upgrades apply now; downgrades apply at renewal
Understand the costs
Starter $159, Growth $249, Authority $359 per month. Optional builds: Standard $199, Pro $299, E-commerce $399 one-time. Payment starts at checkout, not after EIN approval.
Know the boundaries
Domain connections, partner distribution, and store payments need their own setup. CitySpotz helps you build visibility and conversion paths; it does not guarantee Google approval, rankings, or sales.
